These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by HTCTAX. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our Services
HTCTAX provides tax consultancy, accounting, VAT compliance, corporate tax advisory, and related professional services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement letters or service agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. You must inform us of any changes that may affect the services we provide. Failure to provide required information may impact our ability to deliver services and does not relieve you of payment obligations.
Fees and Payment
Our fees are based on the scope of services provided and will be communicated in advance. Payment terms are specified in individual engagement letters. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, professional obligations, or with your consent. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the actions of government authorities or third parties.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services to another provider if requested.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
